I’m Don Myers, a 3D animator and moviemaker in Hollywood. I help put the flash in flicks like Holes, Defiance, The Guardian, The Day the Earth Stood Still and more. My comedy short Nick Dixon Private Eye won awards at several film fests. Now I’ve combined talents in my first feature comedy script The Bodice Ripper. It’s the tale of a breast crazed Victorian hypnotist who gains the power to control minds but loses his own!
But in a town full of waiters with scripts in their pockets, how to stand out? When free between flicks I photo realistically animated the opening shot myself. Whew! Time consuming. I spent over a year making a foggy panorama of Victorian London, giant vampire bats and the biggest breasts outside Dollywood! “Can’t sell ‘em if ya don’t put ‘em in the winda, luv.”
